Open Edge or Chrome and Navigate to https://unifi.ui.com/
Click on "UniFi"

Click on your Site / Console (You will most likely see one site, not this many)

Click this icon

Click Admin & Users

Click on "Identity"

Customize your Logo and Site Name

Update Site Name if Desired

Optionally turn on the secure 'One-Click WiFi' so users get dedicated wifi connected to their account.

Set a Unique WiFi name - Note this will create a new network on your existing console, recommend setting up here and tweaking setting via the link below to 'Network'

Click on "WiFi SSID"

Save your settings!

IMPORTANT - SETUP NEW USERS in OS SETTINGS - Direct path from unifi.ui.com, click on the console icon (OS Settings) -> Click "Admins & Users" -> Users
Click "Admins & Users" -> Users

Click Users

Click the + Icon to Add a User

You can now import up to 1000 users at a time with the CSV (excel, exported as CSV file - see following steps to get template file)
Click on "Import Users from CSV File"

Use this form to Import Users via CSV, recommend downloading template to properly get data organized and prepped.

We will be using a demo account called 'Internal@wrld.tech' - Click on the desired user. No UI account needed.

This will likely not show a device, but you can always add more or resend (same process)

Click on "Send"

Select granular options like WiFi and VPN access, policies, and more.

Click on "Once enabled, One-Click VPN will seamlessly integr"

Edit group for ease of permissions such as door policies and VPN/WiFi profiles.

Assign to Group(s) as needed

Don't forget to save by clicking "Apply Changes"

Name and Assign Users (you don't need to assign to setup structure!)

Search, Select and Add Multiple Users at a time.

Add the group, then get granular for group-based settings.

Click on "Settings"

Click on "Invite Users to Join UniFi Identity"
